Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on the following factors:* whether a proof is involved
* production time based on manufacturer
* where the order is shipping from and to
* shipping method (i.e. ground, overnight or second day air)
If you will be viewing a proof, please expect to receive it via email according to the chart below. Your order is considered “in production” when one of the following occurs:
* an order is placed by you (with no request for a proof, or a proof is not offered)
* your proof approval is received (on orders where a proof was requested)

Within the time period listed above, your order will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. See below for a general estimate of time for ground shipping. (Overnight and second day air shipping are also offered in which shipping time will decrease, but production time will remain the same.)
